For 2010, we are launching our innovative Sound Support Scheme. If you are an Event Manager, Conference Venue Manager or Conference Organiser, you can benefit from up to 12.5% savings on your annual AV costs by becoming an affiliate of our Corporate AV Support Scheme.
Get the same AV system for every event. Get it delivered anywhere in the Republic of Ireland, set up and operated by experienced AV technician for a fixed fee.
There are 3 durations of Sound Support, each with an appropriate discount structure:
• Bronze - an AV system delivered and crewed for up to 10 dates a year.
• Silver - an AV system delivered and crewed for up to 20 dates a year.
• Gold - an AV system delivered and crewed for up to 35 dates a year.
The Costs in Five steps.
- Each Corporate AV Support contract has a fixed fee for the year. No hidden extra costs.
- We agree a specification with you beforehand.
- You tell us the maximum amount of dates you wish to hire for in a year
- We agree the fixed price.
- You pay an upfront fee of 25% of the total cost and the balance over 6 monthly payments.

- You get the same high quality AV system whenever you need it, delivered, set-up and operated by experienced technicians.
- You pay the same price every month for 6 months.
- You pay nothing for AV hire for 5 months of the year but could still have a system during those months
- You have zero maintenance costs.
